Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders are processed within 1-7 business days. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. We are unable to make changes once an order has shipped.

Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, Pauline’s Victoria Soap Co. is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.

If a package is marked as “delivered” but has not been received, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the provided tracking information.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage so we can assist you.
